1. Who We Are
TENBJJ is a Tennessee-based Brazilian Jiu Jitsu apparel brand operating at tenbjj.com (also accessible via tenjj.com redirect). We design and sell BJJ-inspired apparel, Gi's, hats, patches, and stickers through a print-on-demand model. Our registered state of operation is Tennessee, USA.

2. Information We Collect
We collect two types of information: information you provide directly and information collected automatically.
Information you provide:
- Email address and name — when you sign up for our new drop notification list via the Web3Forms-powered form on our site. This is entirely voluntary.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, time on site, browser/device type, referring URLs, approximate location (country/region), and interaction data collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- IP address and connection data — processed by Cloudflare as part of site delivery, security, and performance services.
- Cookies and local storage — set by Google Analytics for session tracking and analytics purposes.
We do not directly collect payment information. All purchases are completed through third-party platforms (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Email notifications — to send you alerts about new product drops, early access opportunities, and launch pricing, if you opted in to our notify list.
- Analytics & improvement — to understand how visitors use our site, identify popular content, and improve the user experience using aggregated, anonymized data from Google Analytics 4.
- Security & performance — Cloudflare processes connection data to protect the site from threats and deliver content efficiently.
- Legal compliance — to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Our site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA ID: G-LNB2J9VBPS), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect anonymized usage data. This data is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the United States.

5. Cloudflare
TENBJJ's website is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network (CDN) and security infrastructure. Cloudflare processes connection data — including IP addresses — to provide DDoS protection, performance optimization, and secure HTTPS delivery. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf and operates under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
6. Web3Forms (Email Capture)
Our new drop notification signup form is powered by Web3Forms. When you submit your name and email through this form, that data is transmitted to Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to our designated email address. Web3Forms does not store form submissions permanently. For details, see web3forms.com/privacy.
Signing up is entirely voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time (see Section 10).
7. Print-on-Demand & Third-Party Purchases
TENBJJ does not process payments or handle order fulfillment directly on tenbjj.com. When you purchase a product, you will be redirected to a third-party print-on-demand platform (such as Printful or Printify) or their associated storefront to complete your transaction.
These third-party platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. Your payment information, shipping address, and order details are collected and processed by them — not by TENBJJ. We encourage you to review their policies before purchasing:

8. Social Media & Third-Party Links
Our site includes links to third-party social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Clicking these links will take you to external sites governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these platforms.
We may maintain social media pages on these platforms. If you interact with us there, those interactions are subject to the respective platform's privacy terms.
9. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our notify list, you may receive emails about new product drops, exclusive offers, and TENBJJ news. We will only email you if you have explicitly opted in.
- We do not send unsolicited commercial email.
- We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe option (see Section 10).
10. Your Rights & Opt-Out Options

- Unsubscribe from emails — click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email orders@tenbjj.com to be removed.
- Opt out of analytics — use the Google Analytics opt-out methods described in Section 4.

11. Cookies
Our site uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics. These are analytics cookies used to distinguish users and track usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for ad retargeting.

12. Data Retention
- Email notification list — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months for user-level data).
- Cloudflare logs — retained per Cloudflare's standard log retention policies.
13. Children's Privacy
TENBJJ's website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at orders@tenbjj.com and we will promptly delete it.
14. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption via Cloudflare and secure transmission of form data via Web3Forms. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
